Ludovico Bich was born to be an hotelier and he has been managing his family hotel for years.
The love for his work and his homeland led him to offer full comfort to his guests while ensuring great respect for the environment. The hotel is heated by wood.
Hot water is provided by solar panels and by the combustion of hazelnuts waste.
The light bulbs are energy efficient and provided with timers.
Biodegradable detergents are used, km 0 products are cooked and a shuttle service is available to the guests.

Les neigesd’antan was built as refuge- hotel of Cervinia during the '30s and in 1972 became Les Neiges d' Antan. Its name was inspired by the cursed François Villon.
In Les Neiges d' Antanthere there are 4 kinds of bedrooms: classic , comfort , superior ( with wooden furniture and antiques and also with design furnishing pieces) and superior suite ( two bedrooms with fine wood, antique furnishing design and furniture, Jacuzzi).
Customers have access to the wellness center equipped with every comfort: massages, spa, fitness, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, Finnish sauna and a frozen tub outside.
With the breakfast served at the hotel days start in the best way. Guests can taste home-made jams, rye bread, cakes and croissants cooked by the pastry chef, cheeses, eggs and meats from local producers, fruit in season, fresh milk and native yogurts. There are also many types of tea to select.
The chef Damiano Ceva is present in many food guides such as Michelin, the Espresso, Gambero Rosso, Veronelli. He prepares both for lunch and local foods such as “seuppa valpellinentze”, polenta, homemade pasta, smoked trout, foie gras, filet, fondues, stewed meat, hot chocolate fondant and many kinds of pastries.
Many quality wines are selected for customers.
Around Cervinia there is snow almost all year around, so outdoor and mountain sport lovers have plenty of things to do.
Skiing, jeep tours, snowshoeing, snowboarding, cycling, walking, yoga: many offers for a small area rich of resources.
