Hotel and restaurant Borgo La Tana cooperates with specialized agencies that offers different activities such as: boat and sailing trips, horse backriding and mountain bike, rafting kayak, walking trekking, diving, paraglinder and cycling.
The facility implements good practice like recycling, the use of solar panels and energy saving led lights. The restaurant has a wide range of meat and fish, the cooking is based on traditional local and Mediterranean flavours as: Pappardelle with clams and mushrooms, pasta with swordfish, black truffle and seafood linguine.
Hotel Ristorante Borgo La Tana is a 3 stars category; it is a family-run business and it has 60 rooms divided in 4 types: Economy, Standard, Elite e Suite. Each of them has a separate entrance, satellite tv, private bathroon with shower, hair dryer, mini-bar, safe, telephone, heating and air conditioning systems, (except for economy category, for wich there are ventilators only). The hotel has a restaurant, 2 bar, a little tavern, a wellness area with a swimming pool, a sauna, a turkish bath, a gym, a play area for kids and a parking.

Hotel Borgo La Tana is located in Maratea, capital of culture in 2019. In addition to the coast with bays beaches, guests can visit coves and the historical center, the touristic port with 44 churches of Maratea, the museum at Palazzo de Lieto. Near the Hotel Borgo La Tana there is Rivello, one of the most pictoresquw villages of the region. Not to be missed the town of Diamante with its murals, the Pertosa’s Caves, the only speleological site where guests can navigate in the underground river and the “Certosa of Padula”, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. At only 4 km away the guests can visit Praia a Mare, San Nicola Arcella at 25 km and the town of Sapri 32 km. The Pollino National Park and the Appennine Lucano and Vallo di Diano are especially important.
