This typical mountain hotel, placed in the beautiful village of Etroubles, is characterized with significant finishes in stone and wood.
Owned by the Family Figerod since 1976, it has undergone renovations and expansions and is managed today by Monica and Elio, who cared about the environment and their customers, using only biodegradable products and local foods. The popular restaurant in summer offers the possibility of meals on the terrace.
The hotel has 30 rooms of different types: from standard room, to superior room, to suites and all have a balcony or terrace. Customers have at their disposal a bar, a sitting room with wood stove, a parlor, a gym, a meeting room for 60 people, a parking and a garage.
If good day starts in the morning...that's the breakfast buffet at the Beau Sejour: cakes and croissant pastry, homemade jam, rye bread, cheese, salami, fresh fruit, yogurt, juices, cereals, fresh milk, different types of tea, coffee, chocolate.
For lunch and dinner dishes are homemade, the result of careful research of Monica, here are some examples:
Appetizers: Salted meat with apples and fontina, kisses to Alpine toma and cranberry cream.
Pasta dishes: potato gnocchi with nettles and bleu d'Aoste, crepes buckwheat seras and herbs.
Main dishes: Sirloin of deer with red fruit cookie grits, duck breast with orange and honey with apple fritters.
Dessert: red fruit parfait with chocolate sauce and crispy wafer, rice pudding light fruit.
The town of Etroubles is included among the Most Beautiful Villages of Italy for its uniqueness and its interesting Open Air Museum that unfolds in the streets of the village.
Popular in summer with walkers, thanks to its location along a stretch of Via Francigena and in winter by skiers, thanks to the ski resort of Crevacol and its snow park just 5 km.
Its enviable location, just 15 km from the Roman city of Aosta, and 10 km from the tunnel leading to Switzerland and 20 from the famous Great St Bernard Pass with breeding dogs homonyms.
