Through the quality label tourists have the opportunity to consciously pick for their vacations tourism businesses that actively participate in a continuous improvement of the quality of hospitality and the environment protection.

Restaurants interested in making a particular dish known as "Authentic" or "Original" can participate in Slow Tourism through a space dedicated to recipes typical of an area and traditional or made with an absolutely original procedures. Training
