Mr. Gianni and her partner Claudia, owners of Villa Rustica le Piagge, are happy to welcome their guests with a gift: a basket containing typical products such as Verdicchio, Monterosso hulled wheat, Sabatino pasta, local organic jams and flour.
Upon request, trekking and mountain-bike guided tour and excursions are organized as well as climbing in canyons and caves with guides.
The most adventurous guests can decide to take part in hang-glider flights or trying the speleological adventures of Frasassi caves.
Available to the guests are food and wine tours in the nearby wine production businesses with the tasting of refined local wine and the cured meats.
The home solida Villa Rustica le Piagge is located in the Municipality of Sassoferrato.
The building, surrounded by the beautiful hills of Marche which ensure privacy, is formed by a farm building made of stones that are thousands of years old.
It was very well restored with comfortable inner spaces showing wooden beams that make the rooms warm and authentic.
The villa is a two-storey building, plus the attic which is designated as a relaxation area, equipped with an infrared ray sauna, Turkish bath, changing room and wooden stove.
The ground floor is about 60 square meters and is made up of a dining room with fireplace, couch and a big wooden table that can seat up to 12 people, bathroom with Jacuzzi shower and a fully equipped kitchen.
On the upper floor there is a master bedroom, a bedroom with two beds, a bathroom with bathtub and a lovely balcony that offers a beautiful panoramic view, the ideal place to read a book.
The villa is fully fenced with a garden of 3000 meters and has a gazebo with barbecue.
Villa Rustica le Piagge overlooks the valley below and its position grants the guests tranquility, peace and relaxation.
There is also a wellness area.
People interested in staying at the holiday home will have at their disposal the whole facility ready to host up to five friends or family members.
Villa Rustica le Piagge is strategically located; it allows one to easily reach interesting location such as Frasassi caves, the roman town of Sentinum and the art cities of Urbino, Gubbio, Perugia, Fabriano. But there are also sea destinations such as Senigallia, Fano and the Conero coastline.
During the stay of their guests, Gianni and Claudia are ready to provide useful information on shows and typical local events, restaurants, guided excursions.

- in August not to miss is the Vintage Event in Sassoferrato in the beautiful Albornoz castle
- from June to September the old times market in the castle area in Sassoferato

- The popular Summer jamboree, an international Festival about American music and culture during the 1940s and 1950s in Senigallia and surroundings from the 2nd to the 10th of August.
- The feast of grapes in Pergola, Cupramontana and Arceviaand and a lot more
Not to miss are the excursions along the beautiful mountains of the area - Cucco, Strega, Catria – characterized by very well posted trails.
