Customers of Frantoio Holidays can follow a course of Winemakers during the first week of September, but also cooking classes, tastings of local products, courses of typical Christmas and Easter.
Tourists with Slow Tourism Passport will receive a discount of 10 %.
As welcome gift, depending on the time of year, each apartment will have a small pack of typical product, such as wine, olive oil, wine and food products.
In the summer, a welcome drink on the beach, at the seaside.
The property is managed by the Family Palopoli.
To welcome the guests there is Mrs. Luisa, which also deals with reservations, quotations, suggestions of places to visit, places where it’s possible to taste local products, always available 24 hours a day, to resolve or handle any problems.
Frantoio Holidays is in the village of Tower Crucoli, in the province of Crotone, in the Mediterranean and near the Archaeological Museum "Melissa Palopoli".
The holiday home stands on what was a mill with grinding stone of property of "Don Peppino", Giuseppe Palopoli was the owner of olive groves and vineyards.
Now, inside the mill there are four apartments:"Papavero”, "Bamboo", "Farfalle", "Eventi" ready to accommodate anyone who wants to enjoy the nocturnal peace of the countryside, the proximity of the sea for the holiday’s summer.
In winter, customers can enjoy the delicious, special food and fine local wines, as well as the chance to enjoy important historic remains of Ancient Greece both culturally and religiously, being the surrounding area rich in museums and old churches.
Nearby is a two-storey house, "'A Casicedda", divided into two apartments: "Glicine" and "Oceano".
-Apartment Bamboo: it allows customers to immerse themselves in their surroundings, such as when they are in the shade of bamboo clumps moved slightly by the sea breeze.
Bamboo is in fact a plant symbol of joy and serenity.The apartment has a kitchen equipped with all accessories and comfort, living room with sofa bed, TV, air conditioning/heating and bathroom with shower, upstairs bedroom for two people, with the possibility of adding a third bed .
-Apartment Farfalle: suitable for those who like to dream and to feel free. It consists of a kitchen equipped with all accessories and comfort, living room with sofa bed, TV, air conditioning/heating and bathroom with shower, bedroom for two people.
-Apartment Papavero: red flowers symbol of hope and good fortune that you host. The apartment has a kitchen equipped with all accessories and comfort, living room with sofa bed, TV, air conditioning/heating and bathroom with shower, upstairs bedroom for two people, possibility of adding a third bed.
-Apartment Glicine: flower garden in which it is easy to feel happy, oblivious of the daily routine. The apartment consists of a large entrance hall, two double bedrooms, kitchen with all accessories and comfort, living room with sofa bed, TV, bathroom with shower, terrace. At the entrance, there is a large patio where it’s possible to eat outside and use the barbecue.
-Apartment Oceano: to feel limitless. The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds and in one of two rooms possibility of adding a third bed, kitchen equipped with all accessories and comfort, living room with sofa bed, TV, air conditioning/heating, bathroom with shower.
At the entrance of a large covered patio, where you can eat outside, surrounded by garden.
The complex has a large gym and about a mile, beach umbrellas and Sunbeds Sea available to guests of the Frantoio Holidays vacation home.
In the surrounding area, it’s possible to make cultural and religious journeys, but also courses dedicated to the fun and the nature or tasting of local products.
The property is just minutes from the Ionian coast and just a few steps from the "Archaeological Museum M. Palopoli" where there are valuable relics of the ancient past of the area.
The beautiful Shrine of Our Lady of Manipugli is about 1 km and about 5 kilometres there is the Museum of the farming community in the historic heart of the City of Crucoli.
In the resort Punta Alice in Ciro Marina it’s possible to visit to market Saraceno overlooking the sea, the "Museum Lilio" in Ciro Superiore at about 6 km. A little further away the "Le Castella" where in addition to visiting the beautiful Castle, can be made the visit, with a hydrofoil glass bottom, to the beautiful marine reserve of Isola Capo Rizzuto.
In Rossano it’s possible to visit different churches of historical and religious significant, such as the "Diocesan Museum" consists of ten rooms and next to the Cathedral Maria SS. Achiropita, and other churches.
Also worth seeing the Museum of Licorice Amarelli. For guests who love fun can spend a carefree day in the fantastic Acquapark Odyssey 2000.
There are also many wine cellars and oil mills to visit.

-Type B 4+2 (Glicine - Oceano - Eventi): 80 sq m and 60 sq

Beach Umbrella and 2 beds sea at the beach located one kilometer, only in summer. Pets Welcome. Included in the price the visit of the Museum "Melissa Palopoli". Entrance to the gym. The cleaning of the apartments will be performed every Saturday, for reservations longer than 7 days.
