Hans Peter Meier (Pietro), his wife Beata and their three daughters have been managing the business for more than 25 years. They built it with their hands, piece by piece.
Besides its closeness to the sea the strong point of The BraiLoi highlight is the farm.
Peter and Blessed offer to their guests courses on the use of cultivated and wild herbs which usually take place during Easter time and in cooperation with www.pimpinella.it .
Upon request guided tours focused on the cultivation of aromatic herbs and their processing are organized.
For the slow tourism passport holders a 10%discount and a welcome tea are is granted.
The building is managed by the owner, Brai Loi Peter Meier. It is located in the south – east part of Sardinia, 2 km from the sea.
More than 7 hectares surround the holiday home.
A quiet place located in the typical wild vegetation of Sardinian territory, with intense aromas, the ideal place for families with children and for people who are looking for rest.
Since 2002 Peter and Beata offer hospitality and a place to meditate and discover new ways of living.
The accommodations are in simple style. The wooden bungalow can accommodate small groups of 5 members and it is suitable for people with disabilities. There are a living room and two bedrooms.
La Casa Rosa is a studio with two or three beds, a kitchenette and a separate bathroom ( with both tub and shower). There is a shaded outdoor space and a sea view. Sink and a separated shower can be used also by people with disabilities. The kitchenette is outside. There is also outside space in the pine forest with sea view.
Guests are free to cook in their accommodation.
The beach is 2 km away. It is 3 km of fine sandy beach with one beach resort. The beach is flat and it is therefore suitable for children.
In the south direction Capo Ferrato offers a couple of beautiful bays surrounded by rocks.
15km south Costa Rei, a very touristic place.
Cagliari is 60 km away and it deserves a day trip.
In the surroundings of Brai Loi it is possible to take walks in the beautiful hills, and visiting also some archaeological sites.
Mines are 20-30 km away.
Prices for Casa Rosa:
• for one person only, 40 Euros per night;
• for 2 person, 60 Euros per night
• for an additional third bed 5 Euros per night.
The cost of final cleaning is not included, and it’s an additional 30 Euros.
Prices for wooden Bungalow:
• for 2 person, by using only one room 60 Euros per night;
• for every additional person is 5 Euros per night;
• the use of the second room is 12 Euros per night;
• The use of the third room has to be decided.
Utilities are included with the exception of the final cleaning, which has a cost of 50 Euros.
