Well Done

At B&B Maison Perriere sustainability to the environment it is demonstrated through the solar panels that allow to produce energy, and the lights are timed.
Ada and Valter, the owners, gladly give information on the area. Upon booking it’s possible to have dinner at Maison Perriere, tasting dishes and regional products from the vegetables garden.
Pets of small and medium size are accepted.
For holders of the Slow Tourism Passport is applied a discount of 10%. As a welcome gift is provided an aperitif.


Mrs. Ada with her husband Walter bought, renovated and furnished an old mountain farmhouse, and converted into a "guest house".
The property is situated in a small village set at 1030 mt. in the territory of Saint Vincent, surrounded by meadows and woods with a wonderful view of the valley and surrounding mountains.
The house has been renovated re-using the original stones, preserving the characteristics of the Alpine environment in the choice of materials both inside and outside.
For guests there is a warm living room with panoramic windows and books about the Aosta Valley
in the library. There is a room for breakfast and a dining room where in winter it’s possible to dine in front of the fireplace. There is also a room for small meetings or activities of yoga.
Maison Perriere has a family room, a junior suite and 4 double rooms. All rooms (except one) have balconies and some are furnished with antique style as the mountain tradition.
Guest, outside, will find a large garden and a sun terrace and in front of the house there is the private parking.

On the breakfast table, guests will find white and brown bread, homemade jams and butter, coffee, barley or espresso, tea and herbal teas, cappuccino at the request of the host.The self-service buffet it’s equipped with juices, water, yogurts, cereals, honey, cocoa powder, fruit, cheeses, cold meats and homemade cakes.Dinner is served by reservation and offer a tasting menu at €25 per person, with dishes and local products from our vegetable garden with three appetizers, a first such as the crepes to the Aosta Valley, the second with polenta accompanied by meat or sausage stewed and finally dessert.Val d'Aosta wines will be offered with the cost to the bottle from €14 to €18

 

Approximately to the property there are numerous castles to visit, such as Fenis or Verres, Issogne or Bard Fortress.
Very interesting are the numerous ethnographic museums such as the "Petit Monde" in Torgnon.
Do not miss the natural parks such as the Mont Avic that in winter offers snowshoeing.
A 30 km away is Aosta, rich in history with its Roman and medieval monuments.
For those who love hiking in all seasons it’s possible to go hiking along the "Ru", ancient irrigation canals.
