The villa, surrounded by ten hectares of parkland, offers 4 beautiful bedrooms, each with a large balcony overlooking the surrounding hills.
The grounds of La Collina Nando B&B has a swimming pool, an adventure park, a space for children and a tennis Paintball that guests can use at their leisure.
In addition to the B&B, the property also has a restaurant managed by three renowned chef and a menu that offers high standing made with carefully selected products and processed on site that changes every week.
One of the three Chef specializes in vegan cuisine that prepares a delicious a la carte menu.
Among the proposals are, for example, meringues Parmesan, crepes with small-braised vegetables with pesto and rocket salad, gnocchi with ricotta and spinach in lamb sauce, spinach veal roasted with rosemary on a bed of red onion and the chocolate pineapple carpaccio melted with strawberries ice cream.
As for the wine, menu offers excellent products local, Italian and French, such as Tocai, Barbera, Lambrusco, Dolcetto, Malbec, Schiava and Barolo to name a few.
The average cost of a meal is between 20 and 30 Euros, while for dinner the usual fare is between 30 and 40 Euros, excluding wine.
The B&B La Collina di Nando can reach several interesting tourist destinations.
Within 10 km it’s possible to visit Parma, the Apennines Tosco Emiliano, the small villages producing of the excellent food which Langhirano for raw ham, Felino salami and Zibello to the famous salted pork.
The rooms, all double, have large bathrooms with luxury amenities such as whirlpool tubs or showers and showering in white Carrara marble.
