The B + B ensures total discretion and, when asked, individual assistance is provided; for example by taking advantage of advice for excursions, short trips and local restaurants. Tourist guides and maps are available to guests; water is heated with solar panels; English, French, German, Spanish and Greek languages are spoken. The owners have been recycling and using energy-efficient lighting for over a decade.
The B+B grants a 10% discount to the Slow Tourism passport holders.

Begin your day with an abundant breakfast made of typical products. Take advantage of the host, Peter’s, knowledge, about the gems hidden in the surroundings to improve your travel experience. The bird songs, the beautiful sights and fragrances, serenity and relaxation: the owners are proud to share with you their everyday delights.
You can sunbathe, comfortably relaxed on a beach chair, while choosing between a sunny or naturally shaded spot. You can upload your pictures thanks to the available free WiFi … but do not expect neither a swimming pool nor a TV.
The external areas are fenced and furnished. Board games, 2 mountain bikes and a fridge are available to the guests. Pets are welcome. The farmhouse has double rooms, all with private bathrooms and mosquito nets on top of the beds. For families a four-bed bedroom is available.
Breakfast is rich, “continental breakfast”, with bread and homemade jam, organic honey produced in the area, coffee, tea, infusions with herbs from the garden, eggs laid by chickens on site and selected regional cheeses. Organic products are preferred.
Urbino, Sassocorvaro, Urbania, San Leo, Pennabilli and San Marino are less than 40 minutes away. The Montagne della Luna, Mount Carpegna, Simone and Simoncello are perfect for easy and more difficult hikes. Sasso Simone and Simoncello" parks are 30 minutes away while “Monte San Bartolo” an hour.
