A brochure for a sustainable vacation has been created by the owners to inform and raise the awareness level of the guests.
A kettle and a variety of organic teas are at the disposal of the guests in the larger room.
Il Bel Giardinetto is located on the Frazione Bogno hilltop, at about 3 km from Maggiore Lake and Varese Lake. The house is in twenties style. In 2006 it was renovated.
There is a double room with a lounge area and a room with two single beds. The private bathroom is only for the attic. It is good for a family.
Another small double room is available on the first floor with private bathroom outside the room.

Coffee, tea and fresh-squeezed fruits are available in the winter and juices, bread, pastry, jams, fruit salad, muesli and yogurt in summer.
For people with food intolerances customized breakfast cane be served.
Weather permitting, breakfast is served on the balcony.
The “Il bel Giardinetto” is strategically located for those who wish to visit the surrounding cities in the province: Laveno is 6 km away, Ispra, 5; Angera, 7; and Varese is only 15. For those interested in nature, Nudo Mountain is 10 km away, the “Forte di Orino” is 15, Campo dei Fiori at 12 and Sasso del Ferro only 10 km.
Places not to miss are: Borromeo islands, the hermitage of Santa Caterina del Sasso, Rocca di Angera, Chiostro di Voltorre, Sacro Monte di Varese and la Villa Panza in Varese with its gardens and contemporary museum.
