B&B Timeout is careful to respect nature, in fact it has a wood with perennials, olive trees, fruit trees and butterflies and singing birds which satiate the senses. B&B produces jams for family consumption and black and white breads. They produce desserts using sourdough and guests will enjoy them. B&B Timeout uses photovoltaics and solar thermal and it practices recycling.
The structure has agreements with local restaurateurs and not, winery, bathing, bike and electric scooter, riding, aesthetics’ Aurelia which is inside the B&B.
It is possible to book courses and Nordic walking lessons with instructor of the Italian School, trekking or bike tours, guided sightseeing tours, Boating.
Tourists with Slow Tourism Passport will receive a 10% discount on a minimum of 3 nights stay, plus a welcome drink.

The structure is located in the countryside, Terra dei Castelli, a few steps from the Riviera del Conero and Ancona.
The A14 highway can be reached in 10 minutes, as well as the railway station and the airport, also the regional hospital, the university, Palaindoor, Marina, Palarossini.
Cyclists, walkers, animals and nature lovers frequent the street.
B&B Timeout has a private entrance from owner’s house immediately adjacent, and is surrounded by gardens and balconies overlooking the woods. It is possible for guests to park in the garden and enjoy the beauty of nature.
The structure’s services are: tv common area and kitchen for breakfast, 3 double rooms with bathrooms, one with possibility of adding extra beds and also with twin beds for double or single use.
Each room has a balcony and a shared garden. There are also games for children, tennis table and football table.
At B&B Timeout, guests can enjoy a rich breakfast: tea, juice, fruit, milk, coffee, yogurt, jam and white or brown bread are homemade by Gianna. The desserts are made with eggs from B&B’s chickens.
Many places and events take part in the territory.
Polverigi hosts the festival in Theatre, at Agugliano there is the homemade ice cream festival. For art lovers it is possible to visit Ancona where to see the old town, Parco del Cardeto, Diocesano museum, Tattile Museum Omero, Mole Vanvitelliana, Porto and Passetto.
Other cities to visit are Osimo, Castelfidardo (City mother of the Accordion and home to one of the last Italian Selve), the Santuario of Loreto, Porto Recanati (Leopardi’s hometown), Sirolo, Numana and Riviera del Conero.
Do not miss are also the natural park of the Conero, Jesi and its hills, Varano and its pottery, Camerano for its caves, the wine, and Corinaldo, Senigallia, Fabriano and Frasassi, the Natural Park of the Red Gorge.
The sights to see are certainly not lacking, and on arrival, owners could advise the places to visit.
Just 25 minutes away from the B&B there are stony or rocky beaches and cliffs; while 15 minutes there are sandy beaches.
It is possible to practice some sports as road cycling, mountain biking, downhill, hiking, Nordic walking.
The structure has 3 double rooms: one with bath and balcony costs 60 euro in low season and 70 € in high season.
In the second bedroom, guests can add two seats with an additional cost of 20 euro per bed.
The third bedroom is a double or single room with private bathroom on the corridor and balcony, the cost is 60 € in low season and 70 € in high season; if guest required as a single, price varies from 40 to 50 Euros.
In the price it is included: breakfast, common area TV/VCR and DVD player use, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, outdoor and indoor games, tourist brochures of the area, parking in enclosed garden.
