Many good practices and teachings at the Ecolocanda Al Borgo. The owners Claudia Allavena and Francesco Martini organize for their guests, biodynamic bakery courses, courses in nutrition and herbal medicine.
Cakes and breads are homemade with ingredients suitable for vegetarians and vegans. At the Ecolocanda is on the iniziative "Take from Home".
Customers bring linens (towels and/or sheets or both) in order to reduce energy consumption and limit the use of detergents, reducing the environmental impact.
They will receive a complimentary kit of products for the person 100% natural, organic and artisan created by the "Peoples in Art".
In short, in collaboration with the association "Rivieradeifiorioutdoor" will be organized cycling and walking. Possibility of climbing on the cliffs typical of the coast of Finale Ligure and La Turbie.
Customers can participate in the coming months to walks and naturalistic excursions to discover the edible wild herbs and know the surrounding area.

It’s located in the village of Vallebona, the ecolocanda rent rooms and offers service restaurant with outdoor space. At Al Borgo there are 3 rooms.
Lavender is the room on the ground floor, with private bathroom and views of the hill; the Olive Tree on the first floor, with private bathroom and sea view; the orange that is the first floor suite with sea view, private living room and/or ability to have a second double bed.
In the rooms, there is no TV but deliberately installed, in its place books, radio and magazines to give ideas to those who want to live in a "slow mood".
In the outside, there is a solarium and a vegetables garden under construction.
For breakfast Claudia and Francesco offer cereals, bread and homemade desserts vegetarian and/or vegan, thea, coffee, milk, soy milk, yogurt and soy yogurt, fresh fruit.
The menu for lunch and dinner is vegetarian and changed every week. The price is 25 Euros, drinks not included. The wines offered are local, organically grown or biodynamic.
The products are homemade jams, cakes, bread, cakes, pizzas, porridge and spiced wine.
The ecolocanda Al Borgo is located 6km from the sea and from Bordighera, ideal to visit nearby.
Tourists can choose to go to Balzi Rossi, Sanremo and also to the Principality of Monaco.
The rates are divided into high and low season, and the prices are per room per night.
• The two double rooms cost 70€ in low season, 90€ in high season;
• The suite costs 90€ in low season and 110€ in high season.
Every extra bed costs 15€ per night in low season, 30€ in high season.
When staying 7 consecutive nights, the last is half price.
