The Cooperative Valli Unite is managed by a group of families working together in the style of a farmer time.
Their work involves the production of wine, meats, meat, honey and cereals according to the principles of organic farming.
Guests of the apartments and of the agricamping can taste all the farm products along with traditional dishes of Piedmont and enjoy a very simple environment in which everyone will be able to discover the activities that make up the "daily" in their own time and mode.
Guests can choose from apartments or decide to stop in Valli Unite it with tents, campers and caravans.
There are organized nature walks and courses of natural bakery.
To the holders of Slow Tourism Passport, Valli Unite offers a discount of 10%. The offer is valid during the months of November, January and February.
The owners are happy to homage Slow Tourism travellers with a bottle of Barbera Gaitù of own production.


The Cooperative Valli Unite was founded over thirty years ago: three boys of families of peasant tradition, love of their land and of their work, seek a new way for farmers to continue to be the old way, in a modern world where more and more people goes to live in the city and work in a factory.
They start to put together their vineyards and build a stable for the organic fertilizer to fatten fields and vineyards.
Like once before, but with more and more conviction that organic is a starting point for a search that is called decrease and reduction of the impact on nature.
Wine, sausages, meat, honey and cereal products at the Cooperative Valli Unite follow organic farming methods. Today in the cooperative work 20 members.
For the farmhouse have been restored old buildings according to principles of compatibility with the environment and with respect for traditional building types in the area.
The restaurant and apartments have the characteristic appearance of the farms in the hills around Alessandria.
The company is located on the Tortona hills near Castellania, the birthplace of Fausto Coppi.
The apartments -salmon, green and blue- can accommodate 2 to 6 people and are available all year; all the apartments have a bathroom, kitchen and heating.
The linen is provided by the property, the kitchen is equipped with dishes.

In the farmhouse, it’s possible to enjoy the traditional cuisine of Piemonte, entirely based on products ranging from cold cuts, to agnolotti roasts and stew cooked in a wood oven, as with bread.
Accompanying the traditional menus are made wines such as Barbera, Cortese and Dolcetto, those derived from local grapes like Timorasso and Croatina and those that are made to age one year as Montale and Piasera, or two years as the Vighèt and Bardigà.
It is possible to request vegetarian menus. The meats offered does not contain lactose.
In the restaurant it’s possible to have lunch with the owners every weekday from 9 €, Friday and Saturday the restaurant is also open for dinner, and on Sunday it’s open only for lunch.
The maximum price for adults is €30 (excluding wine); for children aged 3 to 10 years the price is reduced to €10.
Reservations are always welcome. The typical menu is €25 (excluding wine).
The restaurant is closed from 7 to 22 January of each year.

The area surrounding the Cooperative Valli Unite is rich in history dating from Roman times (Libarna) to sites of the battles of the partisan war (Gorges Borbera), passing Romanesque churches scattered along the valleys that date back to the Apennines, up to the crossing of four provinces (Al, Ge, Pv, Pc).
The landscape varies from the plains to the hills covered in vineyards and woods to the mountains, as the Antola, from which it is possible to see the sea or the Alps.
It can reach Milano or Genova in an hour by train or by car, Pavia and the Certosa are 45 minutes far and in just over one hour it’s possible to reach the Langhe or Torino.
Valli Unite is 3 km from Castellania with the brothers Coppi ‘s mausoleum and the House Museum, it’s possible to cycling the streets of Serse and Fausto Coppi, reach by bike the Study of Policy from Volpedo, author of the "Fourth Estate".

The price of accommodation in the apartment is €30 per person for the first 2 adults and €15 for each additional adult.
Children up to 8 years are free; from 8 to 14 pay €10 per night.
Prices vary during the holidays, from Christmas to Epiphany.
For stays of one week the price is €350 with any number of people.
It’s possible to stand in the agricamping, both with tents, campers and caravans: in tent adults are charged €6 and children under 10 years €3.
The price for campers or caravans is €12.
