Well Done
Podere Borgaruccio is an organic and biodynamic farm situated in the Tuscan hills.
In the farmhouse, the owners Claudia and Stefano producing biodynamic wine, oil, jam and brandy.
A taste of local wine is offered to customers who can also visit the old cellar of the company, besides having fun through wine tasting tours that aim to raise awareness of a region and its products.
For children is active an educational farm.
The Podere Borgaruccio is located one kilometer from the medieval town of Peccioli (Valdera), on the scenic wine route that passes through hills frescoed with olive groves and vineyards until the village of Fabbrica.
The farm house covers 12 hectares and has been restored and redeveloped by Claudia and Stefano, the current owners. The farm consists of four double bedrooms with bathroom; an apartment with kitchenette, two bedrooms and bathroom; a double suite on the last two floors of the old tower.
At breakfast guests can choose from all the company's products: fresh eggs, cheeses, fresh fruit, pastries and homemade jams as well as the bread.
The restaurant service of Podere Borgaruccio provides the typical Tuscan cooking, and is located in the old cellar of the house (built in 1700).
Fresh foods are mostly organic, biodynamic and absolutely natural seasonings, cooked on the spot, so as to keep all their taste.
To ensure the highest quality products and a good level of service, the Borgaruccio Restaurant requires all guests to pre-book lunch or dinner.
The farmhouse Podere Borgaruccio is a short distance from the main cities of Tuscany such as Florence, Volterra, Pisa, San Gimignano or the spas of Casciana Terme and the luxury golf fields such as Castelfalfi. Furthermore, it is just 30 km from the international airport of Pisa.
Guests can choose between the suite Mentuccia (4 people+1, also with small terrace and kitchen) and the suite La Torre (4 places+1). Prices per night are:
Suite 2 persons: €105 B.S. - €120 a.s.
Suite 3 people: €115 B.S. - €130 a.s.
Suite 4 people: €130 B.S. - €150 a.s.
The rooms are: Anice Stellato, Relax*, Paprika, Cannella and Rosmarino. Prices per night:
Single in a double room: €60 B.S. - €60 a.s. Double room: €80 B.S. - €90 a.s.
*Rates of Relax Room: €95 B.S. - €105 a.s.
Discounts: Children under 3 stay free.
As an additional service possibility of use the washing machine at a cost of €5 per wash. On request daily cleaning of the single room at a cost of €10 per day.
Pets on holiday: only small dogs at management's discretion. For their stay is required a deposit of €50 and a cost of €10 per day and rules to follow.
