Giuseppe Coppellott’s agritourism ‘La Broncarda’ offers a good opportunity to relax and a solution to taste typical products of traditional cooking of Piacenza and Parma.
The guests can taste genuine foods as: regional sausages, cheeses, erbazzoni, salty cake, fried cakes, vegetables and meats genuine, fresh pasta handmade, typical desserts, white and red natural wines produced by the agritourism and other local makers.
There are trekking and ride horse opportunities for anyone loves nature and appennins of Emilia Romagna.
There is possible visiting the farm with its pets.
La Broncarda is situated few kilometers from Parma and it is near to other cities of Lombardia, it is far from city traffic.
There are also the Naturalistic Park of Stirone surrounded by green appennins hills of Salsomaggiore, famous in the world for its curative Spa.
The area of agritourism is composed by 5500 square meters of buildings recently renovated.
The guest can choose among double, triple and quadruple rooms, flats/apartments for families or groups of friends with a kitchen-living room, bathroom and bedrooms, equipped with every comfort, including conditioned air.
The kitchenette is equipped, but inside the building there is a restaurant, available for breakfast, lunch and dinner, to eat the food of genuine and typical cooking of Emilia and Piacenza.
The breakfast is included for rooms, but for everyone who is in the flats/apartments and wants have a breakfast he has to pay an extra of 2 euros for person.
In the restaurant (always opened) they offer for lunch and dinner a wide various of typical dishes of Piacenza and Parma tradition and it costs 25 euros.
There are genuine sausages as pork meat, bacon, culatello, cheeses as “erbazzone”, salty cake, fried cakes, vegetables and meats genuine, fresh pasta handmade as tortelli, pisarei and fasò, typical desserts, white and red natural wines produced by the agritourism and other local makers.
La Broncarda is in Salsomaggiore, famous for curative spa, it is near to Parma and few kilometers from some main cities in Lombardia.
The tourist can discover the river National Park of Stirone, in Emilia Appennin. Moreover, it is possibile visit amazing historical cities and medieval villages. Must-see the Scipione Castle on Parma and Piacenza hills; Castell’Arquato, between Emilia e Lombardia; Vigoleno Castle, on a hill between Ongina and Stirone Valleys.

• Rooms 30 euros for persona (breakfast included)
• Apartaments:
25 euros for person one night
30 euros for person more than a night
Addiction of 5 euros for swimming-pool use
