Fabio and Maria Grazia Pellizzari, the managers of Casa Essenia offer a lot of attention to the requests of its guests. In the farm in addition to the typical cuisine of the Region Trentino, depending on the needs of the customer are also cooked vegetarian menus.
The products used are organic and coming from the vegetable garden of Casa Essenia. They held workshops to make cookies and dough, using yellow flour of Storo.
Customers can take courses and yoga sessions and fly with tandem paraglider.
Newcomers are accepted with a welcome drink.
Pellizzari family structure is in the countryside between the towns of Storo and Condino, in the area of Trento.
Fabio and Maria Grazia have restored a farmhouse, used in the past as a barn and shelter for animals.
The original structure has been maintained and were used natural materials such as wood, stone, clay, oils and natural waxes.
The rooms are 5, including 2 en-suite and 3 with bath out of the room. In the great hall are held yoga classes and workshops, as well as used for meals.
Downstairs is the characteristic atrium with vaulted ceilings and a fireplace. Outside there is a large courtyard.
Breakfast is served with tea, coffee, cow's milk and vegetable milk, cakes, bread and homemade jams, butter, yogurt, granola, juice and fresh fruit.
At dinnertime, it is possible to taste dishes such as polenta with corn flour or potato, goulash, roast beef, sauerkraut, seasonal vegetables, risotto with herbs, trout.
Possibility to choose vegetarian menus. The cost of dinner is 15 euro for overnight guests.
The wines at the paper are those of Trentino and is particularly recommended the wine “marzemino” product locally (near Rovereto).
From Casa Essenia tourists can move to the capital Trento and visit the Museum of the Muses and the Buonconsiglio Castle.
Another stop is in Rovereto, where to find the Mart, Museum of Modern Art.
The mountain tours are suitable for everyone to enjoy untouched and natural landscapes.For sports lovers it is possible to practice in Riva del Garda, on the lake and around.
Swimming, climbing and walking to Lake D’Idro, and hiking the Ledro Valley.
Possibility of canyoning in the torrent Palvico, tandem flights with paragliding.
In the Breguzzo Valley there is the Adventure Park.
The rates are divided into high and low season and service bed and breakfast or half board.
