For groups that go to the Corte degli Ulivi are planned activities to be implemented upon booking as: the typical Maremma cuisine; guided tasting of wines (Doc Marremma Tuscany) and organic extra virgin olive oil produced on the farm.
Ability to follow educational activities such as: oil path (from the olive oil), open-air museum of old tools business, teaching farm with animals, approach to the horses (practices of stable, signs of hippology and morphology, the farrier and veterinarian, saddle baptism), see the animals in the petting zoo.
In addition there is also the show with Butteri with Maremma’s lunch or dinner.
The day at the farm between tradition and good food is another activity with a guided tour of the farm (olive grove centenary - wild breeding of horses, amiatini donkeys and Maremma’s cows all indigenous breeds protected) - ancient granite oil mill - meeting with the cowboys of the farm to learn about an ancient craft of the Maremma - walk to the cellar for a guided tour of the winery and of the products - return to the farmhouse for a typical Maremma’s lunch.
Possibility for all kinds of excursions with environmental guide.
For tourists with Slow Tourism Passport is provided a product of the farm as welcome gift.
The farm products are: extra virgin organic olive oil, Maremma DOC wine and honey from bee hives housed on the farm.
The Corte degli Ulivi is managed by women from three generations, starting with the grandmother, then her mother and to date Ms. Giulia Savio welcoming guests.
The farmhouse accommodation is situated on the farm Marruchetone, owned for generations.
The farmhouse is recovered by restoring the old farmhouse in compliance with the corporate rural culture of Maremma.
There are 7 different apartments and 2 double rooms for a total of 25 beds with possibility of extra bed, placed in one large farmhouse surrounded by 5,000 centenaries olive trees that are pride of the company.
The names of the apartments are derived from Tuscan olives.
Apartments MORAIOLO, CILIEGINO, QUERCETANO and MELAIOLO (sleeps 2+2) have double bedroom with bathroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, fridge, freezer, LCD TV, air conditioning and heat pump, most with fireplace.
Apartment LECCINO (sleeps 4+1) has 2 rooms as well as the PENDOLINO (sleeps 3+2).
The FRANTOIO has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (sleeps 6) and 2 double bedrooms.
Apartments OLIVASTRA e ORNELLAIA (2 beds).
At disposition to the guests there is the common room and the park between the olive trees, with picnic tables and wooden toys.
The bio farmhouse Corte degli Ulivi doesn’t have a restaurant that operates daily.
Kitchen is available by reservation for groups or for the farmhouse’s guests (requested in advance and availability to be confirmed).
Breakfast (by reservation) costs EUR 7.00 (special rates for groups) with milk of Maremma, coffee, tea, juice, yogurt with cereal craft honey (pasta Tosca), local biscuits, toast with honey from the farmhouse, jams and homemade pies.
Lunch only for groups.
Dinner available upon request and confirmation with starter, main course, side dishes, homemade cake, mineral water from Tuscan source, DOC wine Maremma Toscana from our cellar The Mustiaio, coffee, digestive.

Typical dishes are: Bruschetta with organic olive oil from the farm; variety of crostini; Tuscan salami with damsels fries; Maremma tortelli; fettuccine with various types of sauce; homemade lasagna; Pici; bread soup; Ribollita; acqua cotta; noodles with chickpeas; grilled meat; wild boar stew, roast pork; Tuscan pecorino cheese; cottage cheese with jam and honey; homemade desserts and more.
The wine used is only produced at the Corte degli Ulivi, which is the Cervato (from sangiovese, cabernet sauvignon and merlot), the Leardo (Vermentino), the Baio Scuro (merlot and cabernet sauvignon) and Narendra (merlot) spent in Austrian oak barrels.
The bio farmhouse Corte degli Ulivi is a great base camp for all types of excursion.
It’s possible to go to visit art cities as Siena; medieval villages such as Massa Marittima, Rocca tederighi and Montepescali.
The Etruscan archaeological sites of Roselle, Vetulonia, Populonia, Sorano, Sovana, Pitigliano, Hermitage of San Galgano.
It can reach the sea in Marina di Grosseto; Castiglione della Pescaia (blue flag), Punta Ala, Silver Coast, starting with the ferries to the Tuscan archipelago.
Mount Amiata is 80 km away, while are closer the spas of Petriolo and Saturnia.
To visit also the natural parks such as the Maremma, Diaccia Botrona, the Orbetello lagoon, Val di Farma and many others.
