We have an apartment for disabled people, solar panels for water heating and photovoltaic panels for electricity. We have a natural swimming pool with salted water and phyto-depuration. We collect waste separately, we have a synergy orchard and local gas. Acero Rosso is also a didactic farm, we have pet therapy with horses and donkeys. We organise English summer camps for children, we have natural pathways, and we organise thematic workshops, courses and events on nature and relax. We rent bikes.
In close contact with flowers and plants, where Paisa river flows into Saccon river, is our Acero Rosso farmhouse; a rural house which was refurbished by respecting the characteristics of typical local farmhouses, and by taking some extra care in eco-sustainability and environmental conservation. The wood we use is all natural and has not undergone chemical treatments, but was treated with environmental friendly, anti-allergic and non-toxic varnish and water.
For breakfast, you will have bread, jam, home-baked pies, fruit juices, seasonal fruits, butter, coffee and tea. Amongst our home-prepared products, you can taste our tomato juice, fruit jams, sweet-and-sour pepperoni and cucumbers, lavender and stevia essential oils.
The most beautiful cities to visit are: Sacile 1km, Pordenone 10km, Treviso 40km, Udine 60km, Venezia 80km. Then, there are the seaside cities, such as: Lignano, Bibione, Caorle, Jesolo 65km and mountain areas, such as Piancavallo 25km and Friuli Dolomiti 45km.
