Contea dei Ciliegi, located on Mount Serrone overlooking Pedaso village, was built with zero environmental impact.
The apartments for rent are available all year round and are positioned in a rural tourism village in a natural park of 8 hectares equipped with sports equipment, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, playgrounds and 2000 fruit trees.
The surrounding valleys still maintain all the characteristics of a rural landscape from Marche.

The Solida home is located on the green hill of Pedaso, small pearl of the Adriac sea in the province of Fermo.

- 4 three-room apartments of 60 square meters. Weekly rate are as follows: low season €650, spring and fall €950, high season €1500. A daily rate is only possible during low season at the price of 1150€.
